This week, the Woodhaven Residents' Block Association and Project Woodhaven received some nice exposure thanks to The Queens Courier Sun, a free paper that is available in outlets throughout Queens.  It has a real interesting history, which you can read here.  Both stories are available in the print version -- as well as on the web.

The first story is entitled "First Summer Meeting of the WRBA" and it details last weeks' monthly Block Association meeting.

And the second story is a profile of Project Woodhaven entitled "The Inside Scoop on Woodhaven."  I will just comment that it's a little unusual to see your age next to your name in the paper for the first time.  If I had known how it was going to look, I might have shaved a few years off :-)

Many, many thanks to Toni Cimino of the Queens Courier for taking the time to meet with the WRBA and to write such a nice article about Project Woodhaven.
