New York City's Parks & Recreation Department has announced its' schedule of events for the Summer of 2009.  It's a full schedule - with a nice variety of events, and all of them are free of charge.  You can look over the entire schedule on the Park's Department Website - this page lists only the events at the Seuffert Bandshell in Forest Park.  There's a large parking lot next to the bandshell, a nice picnic/barbecue area adjacent to the bandshell, and clean bathroom facilities.
