If you ride the streets of New York, or know someone that does, this is a great opportunity that shouldn't be missed.  Bike New York is offering a free, one-day session right here in Woodhaven.  According to the site, the class includes:

Sounds like a fun class, no?  And best of all, it's free.  But space is limited -- so you have to act fast.  You must register in advance to attend.
