Tidings From Emanuel Church 

There is always something going on at Emanuel United Church of Christ on 91st Avenue and Woodhaven Boulevard.  One very popular event they hold every year is the Blessing of the Pets, which we've covered previously here and here.  We're really looking forward to this year's event, which will be held on Saturday, October 8th at 11 AM, on the steps of Emanuel.  Even if you don't have a little one to have blessed, come on out and see all the cute and cuddly critters.
